systems to be incorporated within our work practices.
We believe that the experience we have gained provides

carried out regardless of whether the site requires
it or not.
- Continuous safety training and application have resulted
in a 0% serious injury rate.
- A comprehensive assessment of safety systems and task
analysis, conducted prior to start.
- A full time safety systems manager who organizes safety
audits, accident investigations and client liaison and
can attend OH&S committee meetings as well as meetings
with candidates.
- Regular liaison with clients regarding health and
safety of employees with the aim of continually improving
and implementing safe systems of work.
- Endeavour to eliminate or control any hazards identified
on site.
- An incident reporting and investigation procedure
to identify the means of preventing any recurrences.
- A comprehensive rehabilitation program with the goal
of no lost time injuries.
- The development of return to work programs, specific
to any injury incurred at any site.

SAFETY MANAGERS
On all our sites QCCS employs a full time safety manager to help keep our team safe and productive, we have a full work place safety policy and adhere to it with vigor, as most of our work revolves around the mining industry we constantly update and regulate our own policy’s and understand the importance of full documentation compliance. |
